Shipping Policy
We ship through USPS and orders typically arrive approximately between 3-5 business days after shipping. Shipping is an additional charge, but shipping for stickers only is free. Tracking information will be provided through email. Currently, we only ship in the United States, but hoping to eventually expand! Due to Illinois Cottage Food laws, we can only ship herbal teas in the state of Illinois, but everything else can be shipped anywhere in the United States. 

Return Policy
If you decide to return a product, we have a 14-day return policy. Only unopened and unused products returned within 14 days of purchase will be eligible for a refund. Contact [email protected] to initiate a return with a photo of the unopened product and we will email you a return label. Please note that shipping costs will not be included in the refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if a product has been opened from its packaging or used due to hygiene considerations. If an item itself is unopened but damaged, we may offer a partial refund or replacement. Just contact [email protected] with a photo of the damaged product.
